Nicholas “NicDanger” Rodriguez, an artist from Columbia, MO, brings a rich cultural heritage to his music, with roots in Venezuela, South America, and St. Louis, MO. His father hails from Venezuela, giving him Latin and Spanish descent, while his mother is of African American descent. Nic’s passion for the arts ignited in the fourth grade when he discovered his love for words during a poetry unit. This early fascination evolved into a career that has seen him touring coast to coast, uniting audiences through his music.

NicDanger’s commitment to his community is evident in his many contributions. Most notably, he received a Proclamation for “Hip-Hop Unity Day” from Mayor Barbara Buffaloe on Sunday, September 17th, 2023. This day celebrates self-expression, unity, diversity, and education through hip-hop.

A dedicated philanthropist, NicDanger advocates for suicide prevention and collaborates with organizations such as the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP), Rainbow House, Granny’s House, and True North.
